You agree to use CEO Shop only for lawful purposes. You must provide accurate personal information when placing an order. Any attempt to misuse the platform, including fraudulent orders or abuse, is prohibited.
• Prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). • When using Pi Browser, total amount in Pi is shown using the displayed exchange rate. • Payments using Pi are verified through the Pi Network SDK. • Orders are only confirmed after successful payment.
Delivery times vary based on location. Self-pickup locations are offered only where available.
Orders cannot be cancelled after payment has been made, except in cases of: • damaged items, • incorrect items received, or • product unavailability.
CEO Shop is not responsible for losses arising from: • courier delays, • misuse of products, • errors caused by incorrect information provided by you.
